Secured and easy payment options with National Trade Print
1. New customers
New customers are always welcomed with a lot of online help and offline support as much as they require.
We encourage new customers to deal with us on COD basis and utilising interest –free credit cards to pay for print purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express – Free of any extra fees.
2. Existing customers
Once again, we encourage customers to continue to deal with us on COD basis. However, credit facilities are available for customers with proven credit rating.
3. Credit terms
In general, a credit facility of 15days from invoice date may be approved after at least 2 months of trading with NTP on COD basis. Further credit terms may be granted at the discretion of Credit Management.
It is essential that credit terms are strictly adhered to. Any default will result in the immediate withdrawal of credit facilities which may be reinstated at the discretion of Credit Management after settlement of all outstanding amounts and a satisfactory explanation for the default.
Unless a credit account is already established, payment in cleared funds must be made in full prior to the despatch of your job.
4. Approved COD Account
We recommend that every customer dealing with NTP completes a COD application form. Once approved, a COD customer can place orders without having to pay a deposit and thereafter make full payment on completion of job, even by company cheque.
For all new customers, a deposit of 50% will be required for any job exceeding $300.

NTP accepts cash, company cheque, EFT, credit card and account
Payment by credit cards
NTP accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Expresss for payment of goods from COD customers free of any fees payable. This is the preferred form of dealing with NTP.
For account customers, a 2% fee is payable on amounts paid by American Express.

Company Cheque
Normally a cheque must be received and funds cleared prior to despatch of job. However, customers with approved COD application or Credit application can make payment by cheques without any waiting period.
